TwosDay - Cory - FAQ Page


Getting students to take a little initiative when it comes to questions for a project or a unit can be challenging.  The “asked and answered” questions can take up more time than they should.  Try using an FAQ page that could create a great space for peer answers, repeated questions, or simply a reference page to pre-load a few answers that will help students without a face-to-face response. You know, exactly how you have to operate when you can’t get a real person on the line for customer service... “Press 1 if you are frustrated and wish to hang up.”
